i stared at him, what brought him here?

He looked at me and smiled.

talal: oh maha?

me: ee, wsh jaybk hna?

talal*frowning* am i not getting my hug 6yb?

i got closer to him and hugged him, he hugged me back tightly.

talal: i'm sara's cousin

me: you're? o laish jeet?

he was about to reply but suddenly i heard a voice, a voice of a girl,  oh no.

i quickly let go to see leena, one of my friends.

leena*blushing* aa-oh i'm sorry to interrupt

leena is one of the most greatest girls that i've ever met she is too cute mashallah.

me: oh la 3adi! leena this is talal my friend back in london, talal this is leena my friend.

He flashed her his million dollars smile while she smiled back shyly, and i got really jealous, idk but i don't want him to smile to anyone like that except for me, kaifi:c

anyway, talal turned to face me.

talal: okay maha i'm going now, tabeen shai?*kissing my cheek*

oh not in front of leena! i know he is just my best friend but idk what she will think about that.

me*smiling* la slamtk.

he left, me and leena walked back upstairs.

me: hmm leena about that-

she interrupted me: don't worry maha a3rfk kwais o you're a good person so no need to explain it's okay if you have a boyfriend.

i gasped, WHY does everyone keeps thinking that we are a couple? i mean it's not like that when they see me hugging nawaf or whatever.

me: no talal isn't my boyfriend he is just my close friend o i'm used to hugging him o kitha-

before i realized it we were already in the living room and seems like my voice was loud, everyone's eyes were on my, someone shoot me please.

i just stayed quiet mdri wsh aswi.

anoud saved me from this awkward situation and said: oh fahad? *turning to the girls and faking a laugh* maha loves explaining everything she does even if it's with her brother.

whew! thank god they bought it.

my friends are open minded but not to that point so.

i sat sat next to anoud and she whispered: you're freaking telling me everything when we go back okay?

i just nodded and opened my phone.

me: ohh!

i closed my phone o chatted with the girls, the night passed by o in the car i told anoud everything, w9lt'ha l beet'ha o the driver drove to mine.

i laid on my bed and whatsapped  

nawaf.

me; heyy you!

nawaf: hey bestie! coming to grandmother tomorrow?

me: omg YOU are coming? you rarely visit her house.

nawaf loves grandma house but he rather spend his time with his friends than going there because as he said it's always boring without me, how cute?

nawaf: i know but i want to spend more time with you and my cousins.

me: oh yeah i'm coming, elzibda i'm going to sleep, goodnight<3

i locked my phone and drifted to sleep.

i woke up next day at 3:00pm, wow!

it feels good to sleep a lot.

i washed up and went downstairs to find fahad.

fahad*smiling* good afternoon

me*smiling back* good afternoon, wain mama?

me: okay wait for me i'll just change.

i changed, me and fahad drove to grandma house.

she hugged all her cousins and sat with them, nawaf was setting next to me and we were chatting endlessly.

nawaf: 97 wsh rayk nrou7 el5ubar?

me: ee?

nawaf: o nrou7 sunset ya 3'bya fee ba7ar o tswen tan b3d!

me: ee 97! 6yb o our parents?

nawaf: la 5aleeha bs e7na cousins it will be much better.

me: okay let's ask them about it!

i got up excitingly while nawaf laughed at my reaction.

i told my cousins about our plans and they all liked it, we also told our parents they were okay with it, we'll go just for the weekend since the others had university, school etc.

nawaf: okay so maha, me and abdullah in a car, fahad o the others in the other cars.

they agreed o tomorrow we are going to 5ubar! it was weird how thing went fast o mfrou9' angl3 o ag3d belriyadh but i have the best cousins.

-skipping till we were in the car-

nawaf was the one to drive while abdullah is next to him sleeping, and me in the backseats.

nawaf turned the aux on to m7md 3abdu songs which i adore! he isn't that m7md 3bdu romantic type but he turned it to be loud and we remained silent.

i thought, maybe, just maybe! he and rawan got back together. 

i whispered to him: are you and rawan back together?

nawaf*confused*  no, why?

me*smiling* then whats up with the love songs?

he shot me a glare.

nawaf: bs i feel like it.

i felt sleepy and it was 7:00am a9lan! bs we didn't want to waste the day so we all drove early, so i laid my head to the window and slept.

nawaf*tapping on my shoulder* maha yalla wake up we arrived.

i rubbed my eyes lazily and all of us got out of the car and went to our huge chalet that we rented.

there was 4 rooms i guess, one is for  me and my only girl cousin najla*nawaf's sister* and the others are for the guys.

i unpacked my stuff and najla did too, it was 11:45pm, we aren't going to tan today because it's afternoon already.

me: good morning! what is your plans for today?

talal: i was thinking of meeting you...

me: lol talal we're not in london anymore you know that right?

talal: ee, 3adi wsh feha? we can meet up with thak b3d!

me: thak? esma nawaf btw;p beside i'm not in riyadh a9lan

talal: waink? o laish ma glti li?

me: 5oubar, sorry i was busy!!:(

that was the first thing i heard when i woke up to remember that i'm In the airplane, it was along hell of a flight. boring as well but in the last hours i managed to sleep.

i got up excitingly and went out of the airplane to see nawaf,fahad, and abdullah my other cousin.

i hugged them all and we went to the car.

abdullah was driving the car and fahad is next to him while me and nawaf were in the backseats.

Abdullah: maha tbeen nrj3 elbeet?

nawaf: la ya5i twha 8pm 5al nrou7 nakl

me*raising an eyerbow* ya 7mar fe w7da twha raj3a min elsfr hna o t3bana

nawaf: so? 3adi daym nsweeha*grinning* yalla mahouy!!

me*smiling*okay bs 3shank

fahad: shf! o ana etha glt lha btgoul la*pretending to be sad*

abdullah*laughing* ee hatha nawaf shai thani

Everyone knows that nawaf and me were best friends since forever so they got used to it.

we went to smash burger, sat and ordered, it was like fahad, me and in front of us are abdullah and nawaf.

i checked my phone and as i hoped talal texted me.

me: yess!!

talal: 7amdellah 3ala alsalama, london wla shai bdunk! i miss you already..

i actually blushed and thanked god secretly that he isn't here to see my face.

me: allah ysalmk! i miss you more walla:( km bagi 3ala your flight?

talal: i'm now in the airplane!

me: good, take care okay? o tu9al belslama!

talal: inshallah, allah ysalmk!<3

me*smiling* wla shaii.

nawaf whispered to me: klmk talal right?

i whispered back: yes why?

he just replied with a simple 'bs' and played with his phone looking pissed, what is wrong?

anyway we ate and abdullah returned us home, we said our goodbyes to them and got in.

my mom greeted us with crying and i cried too, typical lol.

i hugged my father and we sat and chatted for a while b3dain i was so tired so i decided to take a shower and sleep.

"wakeee upppp sleeepy head yallaaaa"

okay what is this annoying voice?:)  i opened my eyes to find anoud.

i jumped from my bed and hugged her.

anoud: i miss you yazg

me: ana akthaar walla!

anoud: ems3i you're telling me everything that happened back in London with all the details.

i laughed and sat facing her while telling her everything. her face was priceless.

anoud: i think talal likes you

i blushed: no way!

anoud: ela ya bgra he spends literally 24 hours with you! and how can't he like you a9lan?

me: emm.. idk i think he sees me as a bestfriend y3ni

anoud: we'll see about that.

we sat quietly for a while, each one is in their own thoughts but she broke the silence.

anoud: esm3i you're so going with me to sara's place, she invited us both.

me: min jdk? i only arrived yesterday and you expect me to go to sara's? a9lan i'm not close with her at all.

anoud: i know but the other girls are coming o we'll have so much fun! please?

he: ughh okay, what should i wear 6yb?

she picked me a cute casual dress and i went to the bathroom and wore it. it was 7:30pm.

we wore our abayas and off to sara's.

sara welcomed us and o i greeted my other friends, we sat and chatted, i checked my phone and saw that talal didn't text me, weird. i decided to text him first.

me: heyyyy

talal: hey

me: wsh feek elyoum hajd?

talal: twni 9a7i t5yli?

me: min jdk? it's 8pm!!

talal: adri bs knt t3ban walla

me: slmatkk! elzibda wsh btswy elyoum?

talal: allah ysalmk, mdri mali 5lg shai

i obeyed her o locked my phone and continued chatting with the girls.

me: sara abi arou7 el7mam weena?

sara: t3ali awreek

she leaded me to the bathroom downstairs, i got in and re-applied my makeup, and when i got out i saw a manly figure standing in front of the door. okay this is awkward.

i looked at his face and guess who i saw???

days passed, talal and i got so much closer than before! nawaf is still nawaf, we fooled around and gone crazy but whenever talal was around nawaf would shoot him glares and talal would too, i asked them about that but both said that i'm imagining it, yeahhh right.

me: don't leave!

nawaf: wsh aswy i have too, i'll miss you so much*hugging me*

me:*hugging him back* me too wallah

nawaf:*kissing my forehead* goodbye baby, i'll see you soon inshallah

nawaf gave him death stare: ent engl3 bs.

it was weekend.

we were in the airport saying goodbye to nawaf because he is heading back to Riyadh, apparently i forced talal to come with me y3ni to act nice, lol i swear they are like kids when they are around each others! i think they both are jealous, idk.

i waved to him and he left.

talal: so?

i turned to face him: so?

talal: do you know tomorrow is 2nd of october?

me: yeah?

talal: you forgot didn't you?

i seriously didn't forget, how could i forget HIS own birthday? but i was planning to act stupid so he wouldn't notice.

me*smiling innocently* forgot what?

talal: never mind, yalla lets go

he drove me to my apartment, it was 6:30pm back then, he was planning to spend the day with me also but i told him that i have things to do and he got upset as well..r7mta.

anyway so i went and bought him a perfume, a cake, and reserved a decoration for my place to his birthday. i invited his friends to come over tomorrow.

-next day-

at 11:50pm.

everything i planned was here 7amdellah. the cake, decorations, friends and food. the only missing thing is talal!

so i told the guys and girls to sit in my apartment and i'll go and come with talal.

i quickly went to his apartment and called him like millions time to open the door for me.

he opened it looking so sleepy, he was wearing pjs and his hair was messy, hotness.

i grabbed his hands and lead him to the elevator while he was half asleep a9lan.. we got into the elevator o finally he realized what was happening.

talal: heeeyyy ween btwdeeni?

me: my apartment

talal: why?

me: your friends are there

talal: 6yb mali 5lghum wallah mgwmtmi 3shan thal bthreeen

i laughed: yallaaaa 3ad

the elavator door opened o we stood in front the door.

talal: let's go inside wshu ng3d hna y3ni?

me*whatsapping one of his friends* la bs shwy

talal: you're freaking me out kitha

i just smiled and waited for his friend to signal us to go in.

me: yalla

i got before him o when he entered we all shouted 'surpirse' to him.

he stared at us shockingly: who did this?

khalid*one of his friends* pointed at me.

he stared at me then pulled me into a hug, you know these kind of long tight hugs that you never want to let go that lasts for more than 5 minutes? yeaaaah.

then he whispered: thank you!

he pulled off and welcomed his other friends o we sat with him, he looked happy and it made me happy too.

 i was setting on a couch staring at him talking with one of his friends.

saud came and sat next to me.

saud: you know maha, ever since dana i haven't seen talal looking happy like that even in his last birthday! seriously you changed him alot! you brought the old good talal that we've been trying too since forever! thank you so much!

i smiled to him, he's too sweet and i'm glad that talal have these kind of friends then started to think about what he said, is it true? did i changed him?

when it was around 1:00am all his friends left so it's only him.

i sat on the couch lazily, the apartment is literally messed up!

he came and sat next to me.

talal: you know you are my best girl right?

me*raising an eyebrow and smiling* whyy do you have any other ones?

talal*smiling*  noo i have one bestfriend and she's enough.

he.is.just.too.cute.

me: i'm too lazy to clean anything!

talal; it's alright nami 3ndi and tomorrow we'll clean up this mess.

i nodded because i was just too tired! i went to my room and wore my pjs o 5thait mlabs m3ai for next morning then got back to him.

we went to his apartment. he showed me the room i'm sleeping at.

i tried so hard to not show him that i'm blushing.

he left, i went to the huge comfy bed and slept.

i woke up next morning, i slept so good last night 7mdellah.

i took a shower and dried my hair o went out to find talal no where in sight.

i walked to his room to find him sleeping peacefully, so i decided to make him breakfast.

i made omelet and pancakes and he was still sleeping so i walked to his room again.

me: wakee uppp birthdayy boy!

talal: reema yazg eskti!

lol, he thought that i'm his sister.

me: talaaal yallaa i made breakfast!

he opened his eyes and looked at me: good morning

i smiled: good morning, bsr3a wash up

talal*smiling* finally i'm going to taste your cook

i got out of the room and waited for him,  he came and sat in the table, we started eating.

talal: wallah jamd! ma 7sbtik t3rfeen

me: ma shft shai

he stared at me and smiled, i hatte it when he does that it just makes me nervous!

me: what?

talal: nothing but it feels like we are real couples

he saw how i looked at him so he changed the subject and talked about random things.

i nodded and sat next to him while he opened his laptop.

i called fahad and told him, he said that he'll come too but before two days of my plane i guess.

i was so excited about going to riyadh because i freaking missed my parents, friends, home, my comfy bed, everything.

even though i hate riyadh but like always whenever i'm away i miss it so much. talal couldn't find a ticket for the both of us, well he found but in a two whole different planes in the same day!

it bothered me shwai bacause i want to spend more time with him before i go to riyadh but to my luck i wouldn't.

so a week and i'm off to riyadh!<3
