i dazzled off my daydreaming and looked at najla who was carelessly laying on the floor of my room and eating chips, ice cream, chocolates, this girl eats a lot and never gets fat!

so, summer vacation finally came, and i must say this IS the worst year of my life, even worse than aziz's drama last year.

what made it worse that since that day me and talal didn't talk much, and whenever i saw him in the university he would just smile awkwardly and continue walking.

they're now officially engaged bs mu married wla shai.....

i missed him so much but it's my fault anyway, and i think it will be better this way.

i just shook my head and opened whats app.

anoud: galbii

me: sami?

anoud: please pleaseee say yes?

me: wshuu b3d?

anoud: sara....

me: another dj?:p

anoud: la it's her sister's wedding! maha amana t3ali!! you've been invited five times ago to parties o weddings o majeti wla wa7da mnhum! yalla maha it's summer vacation o staying at home isn't the idea of fun.

me: ufff mali 5lg!

that was my usual excuse.

i laughed and wrote: 6yb 6yb.

najla got too excited too of my 'going out of home' thingy lol.

she picked up an elegant dress, heels, she even planned how my makeup and hair will be. at 10pm i was all ready.

anoud sent me the directions of the wedding place, i stepped out of the car and that's when i saw them in their car, Talal and leena.

i swear i could feel my heart breaking into pieces knowing that he is able to drive her anywhere in front of everyone! he is her future husband.....

leena kissed his cheek and got out of the car, IM BURNING INSIDE UGH!

i wish this is just a bad dream, well nightmare.

but it's reality cause she saw me staring at them when talal drove off to the men's gate i guess, because it's his cousin wedding after all.

she came to me, and i just realized that i was standing in front of the door, not moving an inch.

leena: heyyyy maha kaifikkk?

ya kerhi lik bs.

me*smiling* 7amdellah.

i got inside and found anoud.

we danced a lot and i actually had fun! at around 12:30am i went to sara's cousin room to congrats her and stuff. 

when i went out i found talal and some guy standing outside, i guess they are waiting to go inside. awkwardness.

when talal looked at me he couldn't stop staring and he quickly mentioned for this guy to go somewhere else, he was looking extremely hot with the thoub ugh! and the guy obeyed him. okayyyy that's weird.

talal: heyy

me: uhm hey

talal: you look.. beautiful

i couldn't help but blush and when i looked at him he came closer to me.

talal: i missed you.

me: talal-

his face was now inches away from mine, i couldn't help but stare back at him, i felt his hot breath on my face, what is he doing?

i couldn't talk, i couldn't do anything! i felt like i was under his spell, he was slowly coming closer and just when his lips were about to touch mine his phone rang, i quickly pulled away and peeked at his phone and it was his one and only.

omg, what's gotten into me a9lan that i didn't stop him? AND IN THE WEDDING OF HIS COUSIN!

he stared at the screen then at me, i smiled a weak smile.

me: uhm, i should go and let you talk to your wife.

and that was the hardest thing ever, but how on earth was i about to kiss a soon-to-be married guy? thank god the phone saved me.

i went back to my seat, still not understanding what just happened.

anoud sensed my discomfort but i kept assuring her that everything is okay. i didn't feel like telling her. she hates him to death a9lan..

the night was eventually over, i got back home and straight to my bed.

two months passed regularly, me and talal are still not talking to each others which was pretty weird, i mean shouldn't he like talk to me about it? anyway i was always spending time with nawaf, he is the only one who was able to change my mood! he is always around and always trying to cheer me up, galbi:c

one day i was talking with my friends in our group, suddenly one of them said:

ghada: so are you guys ready for leena's wedding?

i was like what?

me: her wedding?

ghada: ee ya habla! b3d two weeks! ma arsltlk invitation?

that's when it hit me, she always knew my love for talal! that's why she didn't send me an invitation! am i that obvious?

i tried so hard not to cry again!

he moved on, i think i should too....

a few days passed, i was setting alone at my room watching some series on my laptop when my mother came to my room, i immediately closed the laptop and gestured for her to set down, she never comes to my room so it was a bit weird.

they kept silent then she finally blurted out what was utterly unexpected.
